We are a travel agency based in Türkiye, serving guests from the Middle East. Private transfers, guided tours, flight tickets and hotel bookings all come from one place.

We have a physical office in Istanbul
We are not a virtual address or a broker working by phone alone. We have an office with a sign in Istanbul and our own yard where the vehicles are parked. The photographs on this site are not stock images — they are of that office and those vehicles.
The vehicles are our own fleet
We do not take your booking and hand the work to someone else. Every vehicle in the fleet is the same model of black Mercedes Vito, and we operate all of them ourselves. When a second vehicle goes out for a larger family, it is not hired in from outside.
The TÜRSAB record can be verified
Our licence number is 12539. Operating as a travel agency without a licence is prohibited in Türkiye, so the licence means we work under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. More than that: this site's address — rufaiturizm.com — is recorded in the TÜRSAB register as the agency's verified website, so the link between the page you are reading and the licence is established by TÜRSAB, not by us.

If you are looking for the cheapest option, we are not the right address: we work with a private vehicle, a chauffeur and a fixed price, and we do not lower the price by folding you into a group. Saying so up front beats disappointing you later.
What the licence means, and how to verify it
Running a travel agency in Türkiye depends on a licence: law no. 1618 prohibits operating without one, and the operating licence is issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. That is why the word “agency” on a website says nothing on its own; the licence number says something.
The verification does not go through us. On TÜRSAB's agency search page, type 12539 into the “Belge No” (licence number) box: the record opens under the name RUFAİ İSTANBUL TURİZM. The same page also offers verification by website address — type rufaiturizm.com and you reach the same record, because that domain is held in the TÜRSAB register as the agency's verified website. In short, the link between this site and the licence does not need us to assert it.
What does the licence give you? Ministry supervision, a registered trade name and address, and an official place to take a complaint. A guest dealing with an unlicensed intermediary has no such route: there is no registered legal entity to address in the first place.
What does it not give you? Service quality. A licensed agency can put you through a bad day too; the licence only guarantees who the counterparty is and where to go if something goes wrong. We write this because plenty of sites wear a licence number like a badge, and few say what the number means.

What happens when something goes wrong
On every trip something does not go to plan. What matters is what happens then — so we write it down here.
Something goes wrong with the vehicle
The fleet is ours; we do not take a booking and hand it to another company. A replacement comes from the same fleet, so there is no waiting for “the other firm to send someone”. You write to one number.
A problem comes up at the hotel
If we made the booking in your name, we hold the correspondence: room type, dates and confirmation. We deal with the hotel, so you are not left arguing at reception.
Someone falls ill mid-programme
Our tours are private; you are not tied to a group. The day can be paused, shortened or moved to tomorrow — nobody is kept waiting for that. Going back to the hotel early is an option too.
You are unhappy with something
Say it during the trip, not after. What is said the same day can be fixed; what is said after you fly home is only a review. We would rather hear the complaint.
The money side — cancellation, refunds and changes — is agreed in writing at booking and sent with the quote. We do not put a blanket sentence here because it varies by service and by date.
