What to include in your message
Whether we can send a fixed price and a draft programme the same day comes down to these six lines. Without them we have to ask first, and a day is lost.

Your dates
Arrival and departure. Prices move with the season and availability depends on the date — a figure given without dates is a guess.

How many, and any children
Adults, children and the children's ages. We prepare the vehicle type and child seats from this; a Vito takes up to six people with luggage.

Which airport
Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen — more than an hour separates them. If you have the flight number, send it; that is how we track the flight.

Hotel name or district
The full hotel name if it is booked, otherwise the district you have in mind. Two districts from the same airport can differ by half an hour.

What you want
A transfer only, a single day tour, or a day-by-day programme. If you want hotels and flights arranged too, say so.

Luggage and anything special
Extra suitcases, a pushchair, a wheelchair, or an older relative who finds walking difficult. These change the vehicle and the plan.
If you do not know all of it, write anyway — we start with what you have and fill in the rest together. We reply in Arabic, Turkish or English.
What happens after you write
When your message reaches us, five steps follow, and all of them stay inside the same conversation.
We fill in what is missing
Dates, how many people, which airport, which hotel. If those four are there we go straight to a price; if not, we ask for them first — which is why the six lines above save a whole round trip.
A written quote goes out
The total, what is included, what is not, and a day-by-day draft if the programme runs several days. The figure does not stay spoken; it sits in your hand and you can compare it.
You approve, and the confirmation stays put
The booking opens; dates, vehicle and the room type if there is a hotel booking all stay in the same conversation. The price does not change after that point — nothing is added later under the name of parking, bridge tolls or waiting.
One last message before the trip
The driver's name, the plate number and exactly where you will be met. For airport pickups we follow your flight by its number: a late landing moves the time by itself and no waiting fee appears.
Your counterpart does not change during the trip
If something goes wrong you write to the same number. What is said during the trip can be put right; what is said after you fly home only goes on the record.
Why everything runs over WhatsApp
There are four practical reasons we run the correspondence over WhatsApp.
It stays in writing
Airport names, flight numbers, hotel addresses and prices are the easiest things to mishear on a call. In writing, both sides hold the same text, and no conversation on arrival begins with “that is not what I said”.
Free from abroad
Calling from abroad is charged; WhatsApp is not. A correspondence that starts weeks before you fly to Türkiye should not cost you anything.
Writing Arabic is easier than speaking it
The other side reads the message and answers after thinking, names and numbers are written correctly, and a screenshot, a hotel link or a photo of a ticket can go straight across when needed.
The decision is made inside the family
Forwarding the quote is one tap: everyone sees the same figure and the same programme exactly as it is, with nobody relaying what they heard from someone in between.

Prices are per vehicle, not per person. The final amount is confirmed on WhatsApp by date and party size.
