Published prices are fixed and confirmed before booking. There are no extra fees or surprises on arrival.

Booking takes minutes over WhatsApp. We agree on the program and price; you can pay on arrival or in advance, as you prefer.

We quote in euro with the dollar equivalent alongside. Payment is in cash or by transfer during your trip; we do not ask for a deposit to hold a booking.

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the programme starts are free of charge. If your plans change, a WhatsApp message is enough.

In the summer months and around Ramadan and the Eid holidays vehicles fill up early, and we suggest writing to us one or two weeks ahead for those dates. Otherwise a few days is enough, often the same day. We can only be certain once we see your dates — write to us and we will check availability straight away.

Yes. During Ramadan the programme is built around iftar and suhoor: daytime stops are lightened and a place for iftar is arranged in advance. At Eid the city and roads get busier, so we move sightseeing earlier. Booking early matters in these periods.

Yes. We track your flight, meet you at the arrivals gate with a name sign, and help with your luggage.

We track your flight. If it is delayed the driver comes at the new time and we do not charge for waiting. If you are held up at baggage claim, the driver waits for you there too.

Just send the new flight number and time on WhatsApp; there is no extra charge. The same goes for a change of hotel address. The earlier you tell us the better, but even at the last minute the vehicle and driver are redirected to the new information.

Yes, all our tours are accompanied by a fluent Arabic-speaking guide or driver.

Every tour we run is private. You are never merged with a group you do not know; the vehicle, the driver and the programme are yours alone. That is why prices are quoted per vehicle rather than per person.

Yes. We take prayer times into account when building the programme and stop at mosques along the route, and we point you to restaurants with halal options for lunch.

Yes. We are based in Istanbul but arrange transfers and tours to Bursa, Sapanca, Trabzon, Bodrum and other cities on request. On intercity journeys the same vehicle and driver stay with you.

Yes. Because the tours are private you can drop a stop, add one or reorder the day as you go — just tell your driver and guide. If the day runs longer or the route changes significantly we discuss the difference beforehand; nobody is caught out.

Arabic, Turkish and English. City tours are accompanied by an Arabic-speaking guide; on some nature and shopping routes the Arabic-speaking driver takes on the guiding. We tell you plainly which applies to your programme before you book.

The Mercedes Vito comfortably seats up to 6 passengers with luggage. For larger families we arrange more than one vehicle.

Yes — just tell us your child's age when you book. Baby and child seats are free of charge, but we do need to know in advance.

Water is free and cold in every vehicle, and there is charging on longer journeys. Internet is not fixed in every vehicle, though — tell us at booking and we arrange it for that day and confirm it in writing. If you need an unbroken connection along the way, buying your own eSIM or a tourist SIM is safer. The rear air conditioning runs separately and the windows are tinted.

Yes. Send us your dates, party size and budget and we will come back with two or three options and the total price for each; you approve the one you like and we make the booking. When we suggest a hotel we tell you in advance what the neighbourhood is like and how many minutes it is to the metro. We do not handle visa applications.

It means we operate as a travel agency under the supervision of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism; working without a licence is prohibited in Türkiye.
